Location

This attractive hotel is situated in the relaxing Alcobendas area of Madrid. The town quarters of La Moraleja, Alcobendas and San Sebastián de los Rejes can be reached in a few minutes.     A mid-range quite standard business hotel, quite comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Internal insulation is clearly insufficient: you hear your neighbors very well, so you have to be lucky... The other thing is the staff: they are professional and do their job, but I saw no smile on any of their faces, which is not important if you don't stay long, but could become unpleasant with time. Summary: a decent hotel for a short business stay

    From the first day we came excellent service overall, room service was excellent and breakfast was nice too. Friendly staff and they were very helpful. Definitely recommended also the price was reasonable too.Kind regards Ibrar & Iram

    Great king size bed. Good pillows and clean sheets. Sound proof windows. Nearby (1 block away), there is a small shopping mall with a large supermarket anchoring the mall. Plenty of restaurants nearby: Korean, Persian. Japanese, Italian. Tried them all. Very good food. Good value for money too. Loved the sushi place.

    What a disgusting hotel!!!! Go train your staff about being professional and respectfull! How dare they to talk about the Moroccan players and their religion???!!! Islamofobic staff. Very dangerous to have staff that wants to harm their guests!!! I could NEVER stay here with peace of mind. NEVER. The Moroccan Football Federation should report you to the police ;)

    I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the level of service I received. When I checked in, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and did not provide any information about the hotel's amenities or services. Throughout my stay, I encountered several issues such as a broken shower and noisy neighbors, but when I tried to report these issues to the front desk, they were slow to respond and did not offer any solutions. Overall, I was unhappy with the level of service I received and would not recommend this hotel to others.
