    Awful. From check in queues on Thursday night, to restaurant experience, to the worst: room cleaning. You have to ask for everything, to clean the room by yourself, to repair the toilet. There is a coffee machine, but they never refill the capsules, never refill the mini bar, the Tv is not working properly, the remote is not working. There is a hospital nearby, ambulances in every 15 minutes. Also there is a construction site in front of the hotel. No sleep. Much better places for better price in Madrid.

    Taking advantage of clients

    Horrible customer service. I booked the wrong date accidentally and paid $375.00 for the room. Rather than simply changing the date to the date I needed (and transferring the payment for the new date), they refused. Citing the hotel's policy, they refused to help and kept the money. This is a large hotel taking advantage of its clients. Their actions are tantamount to theft.

    A few issues with our first room, the team was very kind and change the room rapidly after they knew about it. TV signal is not good, neither in the new room. Breakfast at 25th December was not good, I don’t recommend to have breakfast there. The personal was always helpful.

    The hotel amazing with easy access to airport and city both and have good size modern rooms ..the banquet is amazing for large convention or gathering
