Located in the northwest of Madrid in a commercial area. The metro station "Las Tablas" is about 12 minutes on foot, but you can also park there for free by car in the immediate vicinity.The check-in was fast and friendly. The staff was always very accommodating with a very positive charisma.The room was large enough with a comfortable bed. The room layout is a bit quirky as there is no door to the shower in the bathroom, but only a door to the toilet.Positively noticed is the breakfast, which was available for a fair price of about 12-14 euros. Here there were various spreads, egg dishes, fresh fruit, cakes etc.There are a few free parking spaces at the house, otherwise you can easily find free parking in the business park a 3-minute walk away. Avoid. Customer service has left the building! The desk and restaurant staff and even the manager seems to enjoy restricting guests. The automatic response to any request (from paying guests) is No No No. It is strange, upsetting and unnecessary. I really feels like there is a dislike of customers.

A clean and peaceful place to spend the night

It's one of the best hotels we've been to. Me and my partner reserved a room very late, at around 23:00, but there was no trouble. The bed was huge, with clean sheets, fresh towels, and some toiletries. There's a mini fridge and a safe too. We only spent a night there, but the experience was amazing.
