    Good buffet breakfast. The rooms are decent, everything you can expect and clean. The service is always friendly too. It's a great location right next to the train station.

    Awful experience at this hotel. We had to evacuate our home nearby due to the wildfires so we checked in here at 3am with 2 very young children who were scared to death about the fires.We needed a good night's sleep but instead we were woken up at 7:30am by workmen drilling very aggressively right outside our doors, the noise was unbearable. We weren't told this work was going to be happening and when I went to reception to ask what was going on the receptionist didn't care at all saying "they have to work". It was 7:30am on a Tuesday morning! No sympathy or understanding from the hotel staff whatsoever.I filled in a complaints form and was told that I'd be called that day by the hotel manager and that we would be refunded for the rooms. It's been more than 2 weeks now and no call from anybody and no refund. When you try and call the hotel there's never any answer.If you need a hotel in Tres Cantos, do not stay here - there are much better hotels nearby. AVOID

    Nice working hotel. It is close to the train station and not far from the technological park (10 minutes). Rooms are clean, fine and, more important, quite. The breakfast is good. The internet access is good. Not far you can fine some dinner options.

    Have been to this hotel twice and it’s a very nice hotel and they have very nice breakfast it’s worth paying the extra as it’s not that expensive, only problem I had was on the second time I went I got 2 single beds pushed together that is not very good to sleep in with your part but other than that I really like this hotel and would highly recommend it especially as the price is very good

    I stayed one night here. The WiFi was fine for me. The bed was ok. Not that comfy as it was just two beds pushed together. The shower just got the bathroom soaking. But was hot and fine. The breakfast was ok. Nothing out of the norm. The nice girl on reception was great. That was about it.I paid a lot for the room (€270+ I think) and had it not been for work- I wouldn’t even have paid half that. But it was a hotel and was fine.
