    My stay at Hostel FAR HOME Plaza Mayor was disappointing. The room was very basic and not clean at all. The shared bathroom was almost always busy, making it inconvenient to use. The area around the hostel didn't feel very secure, with a lot of suspicious people around, and it was quite noisy. Additionally, the staff spoke very little English, which made communication difficult.Overall, the hostel did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, safety, and service.

    I stayed in this hostel for 2 nights and it was nice. Room, hall, bathroom, kitchen are all clean. I did not face any issues during my stay. You will find everything you need in the kitchen they even have free coffee. When you go out, there's food options just few steps away, theres groceries, metro station - Tirzo, coffee shop. The receptionist (Josephine) is very kind and helpful she also plays nice music. They let me leave my luggage after check out so I can have more time to explore the city. Over all this place is very nice no issues at all and very safe.

    Perfectly air conditioned rooms that are equal parts comfortable, classy and clean. A perfect homebase for our first visit to Madrid for a good price. The owner is a delightful and enthusiastic woman that keeps the place clean and is always on hand in the day if you need anything, like more complimentary shower gel or towels. The rooms let little sound in from the outside and the communal areas are absolutely stunning-take a look at the pictures others have taken!Cannot reccomend enough, 5/5

    They promised refund, but I never received it!

    Blagi emailed me that I would get a refund because of the corona virus, but I never received it! My costs were €243 and now it's gone! I emailed them more than 5 times and called 3 times, but nobody answered me! Very dissapointing

    Rooms are clean and comfortable although slightly small. Shared toilets and showers are aldo clean and well-siuatedBreakfast is healthy and ample. very central.Perhaps some better signage at street level.
