This B & B warmly welcomes guests in Madrid. For those in need of an adults-only holiday, it provides everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The hotel has a lift and features 20 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Always pleasent, always relaxing, always quality, alas becoming too expensive for me and my family and friends. Most of the amenities are beyond my purse. I have been a customer now for at least 20 years but now Im a pensioner it has to stop.     Booked a suite back in January to stay for my birthday in May.Emailed March to ask if possible could we have a view of the lake.Travelled today got there at 10, where we were able to drop our bags and explore Dublin.Came back at 3.30, room not ready which was fair enough with check in at 4.At 4 my husband asked what was happening. After a bit of faffing about we got our key.The room is absolutely stunning, until you look out the window.No lake or even a golf course view but instead you have the car park !!Phoned reception who informed me there was no suites with a lake view.Really !!!Duty manager came up and showed us another room with a view of the golf course.But this was definitely not the same size room which we had paid for.So had no option but to stay where we were.I understand requests can't always be given.But come on when your paying over £600 euros for your room at a stunning location you don't expect a car park in front of you.Felt this could have been dealt with better.When booking maybe request not to have this room 🤔 Nada Knezevic, Marketing at Castleknock Hotel, responded to this review dear T3228D- Thank you for your feedback.     Had a wonderful dinner at Castleknock Hotel tonight. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the overall experience was fantastic. A special thanks to Kadir and Lisa for their outstanding service throughout the evening. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly welcomed from start to finish. Their positive energy and attention to detail really made the dinner even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dining experience in Dublin!     The Real Deal for an Excellent Massage Experience

    Got a birthday present Spa voucher in the nearby Castleknock Hotel which exceeded all expectations for technique atmosphere and experience and my thanks to Charlotte.I booked a 75 minute firm deep tissue massage which was brilliant. Charlotte took time to understand my concerns beforehand and checked in regularly about pressure and comfort. The treatment room was spotless and very relaxing. I noticed immediate improvement in mobility and reduced muscle tightness afterward. Professional service, skilled technique, and great attention to client comfort.
