Location

The hotel is located in the heart of Las Rozas Business Centre, next to La Coruña motorway, just a short drive from Madrid (about half-an-hour by car). El Escorial and Valle de los Caidos are also about 30 minutes away. Las Rozas is just a 5 minute drive away. Links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity with the bus station just a 5 minute walk away and the train station a 15 minute walk away. Madrid Airport is 36 km away.

Facility

The property includes 3 villas/houses as well as 90 non-smoking rooms, including 3 junior suites, 1 single room and 83 double rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     Nice quiet spot away from the city

    My husband and I were in the Madrid area for a wedding. We were at this hotel for 5 days. It is very clean and nice. The staff was extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations for dining and planning of tours. We came in April which is not considered the warm time of the year so we were not allowed to use the air conditioning even though the days in the area were 80 and higher. We were fortunate to ask for a fan early and received one. Others in our wedding group were not. My suggestion would be to have more fans for travelers or to provide a top sheet in addition to the comforter. That would give you the option to sleep without the comforter. Our sleeping experience was somewhat miserable as we were sweaty all night long even with the fan and the window open.

    The good thing about this hotel is the easy parking. And that's it. The room is tiny and so is the bathroom, where you can hardly move. For a 4-stars-hotel this is inadequate. There are no coffee facilities on the room. The window only opens on a crack, which is dramatic, since even with the airconditioning on full speed, the temperature in the room did not drop below 24 degrees Celsius, which made that we did not sleep for two nights. It does not have a real restaurant, but only a cafeteria with a tv on all the time, although we must say that the service was excellent. The serving lady was very friendly and helpful and really made our day.

    Great for visits to Las Rozas Village

    Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day.Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.4. No plugs by the bedside. We also provide any room amenities item you may need such as toothbrushes, combs, and other things that are not in the room for sustainability reasons. There are plugs on each side of the bed, it is true that they are behind the bedside table, I am sorry for this discomfort with the design of the rooms. As for having a coffee maker in the room, I agree that it is a trend, we have them in all the rooms and in the Junior Suites, but not in the rest.Excuse me for taking so long in this answer, but I wanted to thank you very much for so many positive things you have mentioned, especially his kind words about our staff.     Nice, clean, good food but hotter than...

    The hotel is well located for my business. The public rooms and restaurant are good, clean and presentable. The breakfast buffet is really good and plentiful. The rooms are nice and clean and totally adequate. Unfortunately the air conditioning is truly deficient. If you travel to Spain in the Summer, beware that the air conditioning in the rooms in this hotel seems to be pre programmed not to go below 25 degrees Celsius. This is a balmy 77 degrees Fahrenheit direcltly in the path of the weak air current. I had to move the bed to place it directly under the current, I slept on top of the sheets and, to put it delicately, not wearing anything! Still not enough. Woke ip up a couple of times throughout the night, and even took a cold shower to cool down. I almost asked for permission to sleep in the lobby which had a perfect 70 degrees Fahrenheit setting. I reported the issue a few times to no avail. I guess I will not stay here if I return in the Summer. I have stayed here before a number of times but all stays were in the Autumn. Live and learn!     It is not my first time at Attica21 and will surely not be the last. The staff will meet your needs right away. I travel very often and have to stay away from home long periods of time for work and when visiting the north east area of Madrid Attica21 is without a doubt my first choice. Clean, polite and friendly staff and very well connected with main roads. Will recommend with my eyes closed, and thank you all for taking care of everything during my days in Las Rozas.
