10 junior suites, 2 suites, 15 single rooms and 77 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The bungalow complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     What a dump. Group of 29 of us. 4 star is completely untrue. Not even 1 star. Can you give negative stars? Treated like crap. Fifthy premises, completely overgrown grounds,rude staff,awful food. Do NOT stay here.

    We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, it was among the worst I have experienced. The room was nice, but the cleaning was poor. The shower was very dirty with deposits on the walls. Old socks were in the wardrobe when we arrived. The food and the hygiene (same bowl of tomato puree for 5 days not changed) the same platter of toppings went in and out without being changed, they were just refilled. The food was cold, had to use the microwave every day. Sour milk in the coffee machine, sour toppings in the morning, tired staff.

    I spent two nights in this hotel and extended my stay another two nights. They had problems with wi fi vbut they solved the problem quickly and very well. Excellent rooms, food and service. Good breakfast buffet. I would go back there. Very easy access to get to Madrid and Warner Park.

    Although the rooms werent terrible, nice bathroom and bedrooms....thats where anything pleasant about this place stops. The food...was....beyond terrible. our group had 3 vegetarians and a coeliac, they recieved letters stating that we needed special food and for it to be safe for us to consume, however they had no idea what they were doing...they brought out meat for the vegetarians and the coeliac was left to lettuce, plain pasta and microwaved chips for 3 days. they served RAW chicken, and layed out the breakfast for the morning the night before. They location is terrible aswell, 20 - 30 minutes from the city, sided to a motorway with only a fuel station within reach. Would only recommend for people planning on staying the night even though its clearly meant to be a holiday complex. Terrible, Never again.

    The hotel room I was in had pieces of the wall coming out, the lights flickered when turned off, and the food made me sick for days. Pic below is just an example of one night, every other night was worse
