    Great and clean rooms, the staff is very friendly and kind, especially the lady preparing our morning coffee and responsible with the breakfast arrangements.It's close to the center of the city of Madrid.

    We arrived not knowing what to expect. We had read the reviews. This hotel is really nice. Our bedroom was fully refurbished and I guess the bathroom will follow. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The breakfast was excellent value and served by Maritza who was brilliant - her enthusiasm and professionalism were exceptional. The service was top notch. The guy at reception - Arturo - was equally helpful. He was friendly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. I loved the area around the hotel - some really lovely cafes bars and restaurant with a laid back feel. The Metro is also very close by. We have booked to come back in July. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    Nice enough hotel for a short stay. The guy at reception was lovely and a bit quirky. Hotel was clean and spacious. Breakfast was OK, donuts were delicious!Both of street noise at night. Close to buses and metro to get to the city centre. Hotel is a bit retro looking, not overly modern but functional. Beds was comfortable, extra blankets in cupboard.

    Venerable hotel in a suburban area - nearby shopping street has cheap and low-class bars and restaurants. Bus routes and metro station all withing easy reach and the Madrid multi-ticket opass is a great deal for all public transport access. Easy to get to the Prado and other museums. The room I had was small though the bed was large - this mean there was very little space for moving around but for me the bed is the most important. Shower room a bit shabby with a radical shower screen installation which made me laugh out loud - great value. Luckily there is another window.Breakfast (an extra 8 Euros) was a good deal for the money and included all the necessaries including good coffee, yogurt, fruit, cheeses and hams, croissants and pastries.

    Un hotel muy acegador - a friendly and hospitable hotel

    A very hospitable hotel just within the city centre. Close to metro. Spacy rooms and all employees are helpful - the lady and her colleagues in charge of breakfast are the smile of the beginning of the day - the reception staff are really helpful - the cleaning is perfect. I hope to be back!
