    Staff was rude. Stopped me from eating breakfast before it was closed even as other people were allowed to get food.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but sufficient.There were a couple of downsides. When the air conditioning was off, the room had a slightly unpleasant smell, although this disappeared when it was turned on. Also, the hotel is located in a noisy neighborhood, and we experienced quite a bit of outside noise in the room.The location was our own choice, but we didn’t fully realize the walking distance to Gran Via, especially since it was our first time staying here.Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, but with some noise and location considerations.

    The rooms have adequate cozy space for a couple, with a smell of cleanliness and anything needed available, except a coffee or espresso machine in the room. Our room had though a window looking the back small yard facing opposite buildings. Breakfast offered everything , characterized by freshness, quality and quantity. Personnel were excellent, with politeness, eagerness and smile, from front desk to responsible for our room cleaning lady. Perfectly located at town center for going around for sightseeing, shopping or night life and dining.

    I wouldn't rate this a 4* I'd give it a 3*We had no soap in our bathroom and no shampoo or conditioner.Rooms are okay but nothing special. Cleanliness is very average. Every 4* hotel we have stayed at so far has provided us with complimentary water and allowed us to borrow adaptors which this hotel wouldn't do. They will only let you borrow an adaptor for 8 euros which is ridiculous.I think for the price range there are far better hotels you can stay at.Won't be staying here again if I come back to Madrid.

    Great place to stay,friendly helpful staff,very clean hotel,nice modern decor, beds and towels changed often and room cleaned daily,nice buffet breakfast, meals can be purchased from menu day and evening in restaurant or room service.Walking distance to most interesting places or metro very near,cabs always about to hire.Plenty of restaurants nearby,Cannot think of a single negative comment,a great hotel well run.
