    Very clean. Great location. Excellent decor. Service was exceptional!Mara went above and beyond to help me with my flight that was cancelled hours before departure.     Excellent hotel in the best location

    We stayed at the H10 in May for 4 nights.The hotel is centrally located and had a nice cool lobby with a good range of drinks and friendly staff.Our room (we requested a quiet room) was perfect. Yes, it had frosted glass but the view would have been walls and windows of the courtyard. It was very spacious and we had a good night sleep every night, after a busy day walking the city.Breakfast had a huge selection of food...hot and cold.The only complaint was the breakfast had no decaf option in the coffee machine or tea. They did offer a small pod for decaf, but it wasn't nice at all.     Beware – forget the view!!! Frosted glass windows for €300 a night!!!

    Beware!!! According to the H10 Hotel website, the room has a VIEW of the street or the courtyard. But you get a dark room with frosted glass windows, and you don't even know what the weather is like. They want you to pay for the room upon check-in! Always ask to see the room beforehand. Because afterwards, they won't give you a refund if you want to check out early.Or rather, you would be better booking a different hotel directly.In 12 years of staying at H10 Hotels, I've never experienced anything like this as at the H10 Villa de la Reina in Madrid. Especially not for €300 a night without breakfast.

    The best staff, the best location

    We spent 11 nights at the Hotel H10 Villa de la Reina. The staff were very welcoming and their warmth continued right up to the minute that we left.The location of Hotel H10 Villa de la Reina can not be beaten. No matter what we wanted, we could walk to. The busses 001 & 002 came by the hotel and often we would jump on to (mostly 001). Both are free, you just have to ask for a ticket, I guess that it’s to keep track of numbers.The breakfast was wonderful. After a few days, we knew that we didn’t have to eat everything that was offered. This kept the limited variety different.Our room (510) was a good size, with a very nice terrace. There were a few minor problems but we mentioned this to the staff and they corrected or fixed them right away. It faces north(ish). So, in the summer it would be a nice place to soak up the sun.The bar was fun to hang out and have a drink in.     Good evening Four ladies stayed in your beautiful hotel very recently and we feel the need to share our recommendation with future guests. The location of the hotel is wonderfully central. There’s a lovely buzz about the foyer however never loud. From the first day we arrived until the day we left we were treated very well indeed. The staff are very friendly and eager to be solution focussed for all queries. Breakfast was amazing so full of variety. We would like to particularly compliment Ainhoa in the bar as she couldn’t do enough for us. We ate in the hotel most nights and Ainhoa organised a table for us. Her service is exceptional. We would also like to mention a very kind gentleman in the bar he made sure our coffee and tea were very hot. He also assisted one of our group by wheeling a suitcase out of the hotel to the next corner. A big thank you to him also. H10 hotels provided us with a great service and we would have no doubt in recommending to others. Well done!
