Location

This hotel is located in Alcorcón in a convenient setting south west of Madrid and is very well connected to the most important motorways M40, M50 and N-V. The industrial zones of Urtinsa and San José de Valderas and also very easily accessible from the hotel, as well as the Xanadu indoor ski centre in the Xanadu shopping centre. The towns of Fuenlabrada, Móstoles and Villaviciosa de Odón are a few minutes' drive away. Central Madrid is only 20 minutes by train from Alcorcón. Shopping centres such as Tres Aguas, the Warner Bros theme park, the zoo and the Athletico de Madrid football stadium are easily reached within a few minutes. Madrid Barajas international airport lies a mere 30 km from the hotel.

Facility

Units include 81 single rooms and 54 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     This is the 1st time in last 15 years, I had such a horrible experience in any IHG hotel!! Every day, starting 1st day of the stay, the rooms were extremely hot and we all were sweating in chilled winter time!! We were advised to open window, and window cannot be opened, as those windows can be opened for 6 inches in both sides!! We cannot sleep properly for 3 nights, it impacted our health also. No Air-conditioning in the facility!! This is not the IHG experience I have ever faced!! No alternative offered!! We cannot shift as it was pick tourist time in Madrid.

    Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to mall and restaurants. Also close to public transportation. BEDS are Rock hard. I woke up sore the first morning. The next night I just slept on the couch. Also $20 deposit to use iron that was a first.

    Just about ok ,clean .helpful staff ,con -far away from the city centre,breakfast was same everyday,not a single dish was changed ..it was full in capacity so I had to wait in line for the breakfast..which was too much for me for 4 days ..overall ok

    Hotel far from Madrid, but very good if you want to sleep outside the city and have a car. Rooms with American comfort, spacious beds and good air conditioning. Very complete breakfast. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Daniel who gave us support at check-in and breakfast.

    Quiet, near Madrid metro, ie breakfast!

    Inexpensive alternative to Madrid yet very close. We stayed overnight and called ahead to get a room on higher floor. It was comfortable and clean. There is a mall close by too. The on site restaurant stays open late per Madrids cool nights. The breakfast has cheeses, types of coffee, jamón and breads, croissants but no eggs. Oatmeal and yoghurt is available w fresh juices. A great value really!
