Location

The hotel is ideally located in one of the most important commercial and industrial areas in the south of Madrid (Area Empresarial Andalucia), next to Nassica, a factory shopping centre. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Warner Bros Park, Getafe C.F. football stadium and 15 minutes away from the centre of Madrid. It is easily accessible from the A4 motorway, which connects to all major city ring roads. It is close to the industrial parks of Las Arenas de Pinto, El Lomo, Los Angeles and San Marcos. Links to public transport are within around 50 metres and Barajas International Airport is situated approximately 25 km away from the hotel.

Facility

98 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas.     Quiet during the week but busy on the weekends

    This is a quiet hotel with mostly business people during the week, but during the weekend the place is full of young families and children. It is in a great location just a short walk to a shopping center with more than a dozen restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and had a nice desk and good internet. Breakfast is included and it is ok but not as complete of Holiday inn Express's American cousins. The staff were outstanding all the way around. Not a bad apple in the group.

    It was extremely cold. Only the fan worked and they told us they couldn’t help since there isn’t any maintenance available. The towels weren’t clean and smelt like sheep (literally). Otherwise it was clean. It’s also in a very bad location. We were three people in a room and it wasn’t spacious at all, there was almost no space. The breakfast was terrible. There was almost nothing to eat (about ten things in total). Extremely unpleasant stay. Respecto a las toallas, las recibimos cada día de una lavandería industrial que lava a temperaturas muy altas y desinfecta al 100%, si alguna de sus toallas estaba sucia es por alguna marca de la maquinaria. No obstante, si nos informa en recepción se las cambiamos rápidamente. Sobre la localización, puede informarse en Internet de donde estamos ubicados y elegir otras opciones que le sean más beneficiosas para usted. Lamentamos que la habitación no haya sido del tamaño que esperaba y que el desayuno le haya parecido "terrible" pues sepa que es una gratuidad para todos nuestros clientes y que no están pagando por ello.Reciba un cordial saludo.

    Comfortable bed and clean room.. Good breakfast..Reception staff very kind and good.Room got kettel but no aqua..At the lobby got vending machine you can buy drink and sandwich. I love holidays in express where ever we travel my husband always check in this hotel to rest before got next destinations.     Great location and value for money

    We stayed at this property for 2 nights when travelling north through Spain, having stayed there the previous month when travelling south. The location is great, right next door to an outlet shopping mall, with many restaurants, and easy access into Madrid itself via bus/metro. There is a separate gated parking area for hotel guests. The hotel is excellent value for money, with breakfast included which was very good. The rooms were clean and a reasonable size. The only downside and reason for 4/5 was the Wifi, which was extremely intermittent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

    Nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was spacious, and had tea and coffee making facilities. For breakfast there is a good selection and there is also a small bar next to reception where you can order drinks. There is also a large seating area.
