Location

This hotel is located in the south of Madrid, close to the Parque Warner theme park, in the La Laguna Business Park. The la Cubierta de Leganes arena and the Severo Ochoa hospital are nearby, as is a forested area (Bosque Sur) which is great for outdoor sports activities. The Arroyo Sur shops are 200 m, El Corte Ingles department store is only 400 m away, Arroyo Culebro metro station is 990 m and Parque Polvoranca is 1 km. It is just a 20-minute train ride from Madrid city centre and 35 km from Madrid Barajas Airport via the nearby M50 motorway.

Facility

80 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine.     Very nice hotel, went for the Madrid open tennis so location was excellent. Staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Had breakfast and dinner, both very good. Room slightly tired but very comfortable. Really nice atmosphere, very relaxed and comfortable

    My dad booked this place for us with his free points and it was great. It was a bit far out from the city but it was easy to go on the train. There was a restaurant and a bar and the drinks were pretty cheap for a hotel. There was a big shopping just down the road. We had 3 of us in one room and I got the sofa bed but it was pretty comfy.

    The staff is great and the hotel is very comfortable. This is a great place to stay If you need to be near Madrid, but don't want to stay in the city. I've been in many expensive and inexpensive hotels and I've never felt more comfortable.

    Arrived mid afternoon after a 35 minute taxi ride and was checked in by the lovely Paloma. The hotel is situated on the edge of an industrial park just off the motorway and the station is a 15 minute walk away so access to the city is easy. Across the road and over the bridge is a HUGE shopping mall with loads of shops and a very very nice supermarket which is handy. The hotel itself is corporate and will be the same as any Holiday Inn across the world. There are vending machines and an ice machine in the lobby which is handy. They have a very small bar in this hotel yet the lobby area is huge.Our room was clean and the beds very very comfy. It would have been nice to be able to open the window properly but I suspect that's a health and safety thing. The local law inforcement pop in for coffee which is nice to see. There is one downside to this hotel and its only a minor critique and that is the breakfast. Its continental which is fine but one day we went down and the orange juice had run out and although staff came out from the kitchen a couple of times no one bothered to refill the chiller. The meat selection was disappointing, sandwich ham REALLY and some real butter not butter tasting packs would have been nice. There were also empty baskets where I assume there had been croissants or pain au chocolat that hadn't been restocked. There was only a small bowl of fresh fruit. Where the kids had been helping themselves to cereal from the little dispensers where they had liked pushing the button over and over again there was cereal all over the surface and that remained there,no attempt was made to clear it up. Lots of the guests were leaving their plates and cups etc on the tables so new guests coming in were moving them to other tables to make room. The general public are stupid, when they go on holiday they have a tendency to think well I paid to come here so why should I its someone elses job so in situations like that(hotel restaurant etc) there should be signage directing them to clean up after all there were tray racks visible.The staff were hesitant in clearing up which resulted in a couple of families having their breakfast at the end of the restaurant standing up as they didnt have a clear table to sit at nd they weren't about to clear the table..Apart from that niggle for what we paid everything was good. I would stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone and everyone going to Madrid.

    This property is out of the city limits, & this in in midst of industrial area, surrounded by factories. This out of the way place. Rooms are just ok. If you are with a family, then this hotel is ok to spend time, if you are a solo traveler then this is not the hotel to stay at.t is a clean and neat hotel with a friendly staff that speaks pretty good English, but they dont have much option for vegetarians.
