  Amazing hotel.Very friendly and efficient team.Knowledgable about city and the best places to go. There is a comfortable stay awaiting you. Soon the pool will be ready. We hope to return!

  Didn't expect much from the hotel afte reading some of the online reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Everything went just fine during the 2 nights we stayed here.The hotel is located away from downtown Madrid - about 25 minutes away. It is located in a commercial cum residential neighbourhood, and you have a supermarket right next to it! Nice neighbourhood to take walks in or for a morning jog. The hotel is not very large and has a smallish lobby area. While we were a big group, check-ins were quick. The rooms were of medium size, but very clean and with decent amenities. There was a coffee maker, a kettle, satchets of tea, coffee, and cocoa. Also, an ironing board and minibar. A complimentary bottle of water was provided each day. The lighting in the room was great, and there were more than sufficient plug points for a laptop, mobile, etc. Wifi worked just fine! The housekeeping service was also very good.The bathroom was also as good as the room - no tub, but a large shower area. Not many amenities were kept in the bath, but one could ask for it. I needed a dental kit, and the same was provided without any problem. The breakfast area on the ground floor was not very large but sufficient. Decent spread. There seemed to be limited staff here, but that was never an issue.   Bag stolen in hotel lobby.

  My bag was stolen inside the lobby, and no help was provided by the staff as lobby is a “public place.” The staff seemed ill prepared to address this problem as pretended as though this was a rare occurrence, however, some of the older reviews of the hotel indicate that this has happened before. The manager (who was not in a hotel uniform) was present in the hotel lobby while this happened. He refused to share the CCTV footage from the lobby. My bag contained money, cards, and other valuables and we were in no position to travel to and from the police station. He offered to drop us to the police station but said that we would have to manage our transport back on own. This hotel is not is a busy or crowded area. This incident occurred between 12:45 to 1:00pm which was before the usual check-in time so the lobby wasn’t crowded. But the robbery seemed too well co-ordinated to have been random. I suspect the hotel staff is in cahoots with the pickpockets. They were present in the hotel lobby while I was checking in at the reception. The lobby might be a public place but the hotel has taken no measures to ensure the safety of their guests. Especially in a city that’s infamous for pickpocketing, the hotel should have better safety standards, and at the very least, a better grievance redressal system. The manager was joking and laughing with his staff while we were visibly distressed. In this case, the bag was left unattended in the lobby, which unfortunately made the situation possible.Regarding CCTV footage, current data-protection regulations do not allow us to show recordings directly to guests; these can only be provided to the police upon their official request, and our team always cooperates fully with law-enforcement authorities.We regret that this event occurred during your stay and that it overshadowed your experience. Our team followed the established procedures and offered assistance —including transportation to the police station—, but we understand how upsetting the situation was.   Excellent hotel stay

  Hotel was not in town but 40 minutes north by Metro. A nice quiet residential area with some markets & cafes nearby. Very safe. Hotel staff led by Manuel was wonderful. Especially: at reception: Jonathan, Patricia, Jorge, Sara. In restaurant/ buffet/bar: Ilona, Mauricio, Karly, Diana & supervisor Hector. A real warm & welcoming family team atmosphere. They all went out of their way to ensure complete happiness for the guests. Breakfast buffet was hot & plentiful & healthy with a good amount of time open. Taxis waiting outside if you didn’t want to use the easily accessible Metro. We used it daily for a week to learn & access this terrific city. Can’t wait to return!   Beautiful well kept hotel. Spotlessly clean. Great air con system in room and bar. Good breakfast, bacon omelettes, fried tomatoes, hash browns, cereal plus all of the normal continental choices. 10 minute walk from Las Tablas Metro Station which is an easy journey into the centre of Madrid. Get off at Plaza de Espanyal for the centre. Number of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance to the hotel, mc Donald’s is a 10 minute walk away. Had an upgraded room on the 6th floor which was spotless and modern. 19 euro in an Uber from the airport. Cheap drinks at the hotel bar.
