  Friendly staff.Rooms - clean and quite spacious.Bath and toilets - OK , except no shampoo Breakfast - Mostly Asian cuisine, like nasi goreng, mee goreng..etc No American breakfast. Slow in response to orders of omelettes.

  Receptionist are friendly but a bit slow in checkin matter. Room is clean and not comfort because middle of1 night a mosquito visiting, reflect to recept counter next morning none action was taken by staff..Complimentary breakfast was Asian traditional style buffet.

  no basic toiletries like shampoo and conditionerswimming pool location is bad in front of eating placeno iron board and only 1 iron available and need to request everydaystayed for 3 days and everyday need to validate the key to enter the room

  Everything's was great. Staff nya friendly terutama di bagian concierge, I'm forgot the name, yang jelas ada huruf "w" nya. He's very helpful terutama ketika kita perlu repackage barang. Agak kecewa kalo denger kata "kayaknya" terlontar dari seorang hotelier terutama reception, you need know about your brands dude dan coba mencarikan jawaban yang sesuai. Fasilitas gym and poolnya keren! For the food especially breakfast hemmm you need more practice how to make perfect omelette chef 😁

  This is an ok hotel but location very indifferent, quite far from most things of interest. There are a few good restaurants nearby. Room comfortable enough, though no window, lots of construction work going on, no swimming pool available when I visited. Breakfast ok, wifi hit and miss. Overall decent hotel for the price without being anything terribly special...
