  Difficult parking situation!

  The hotel is very central, but the search for parking turned out to be difficult. I then found a parking garage about 5 minutes away. The room was ok but noisy. Breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant and costs 6 euros. Originally submitted in German on www.tripadvisor.de. View originals.

  First of all, I'll say that the night cost me more than €120, which is quite expensive for a hotel of its kind.Small room, the bed is placed crooked so that it fits in the room, if you lie down on the bed (person of 1.80) your feet stick out of the mattress and since it is so small you hit the wall. The distance from the wall to the mattress (which is supposed to be the passage to the other side of the room) is so small that not even the suitcase fits.It smells of tobacco, poor cleaning, when you go down to reception and tell them that you are not happy with the room that is so small that you can't even move in it, they tell you that it is your problem, let's say that the feet of the bed sticking out with a measurement of 180 I can understand it as my problem but the fact that the photos they advertise of the rooms and the space between the beds have nothing to do with reality, charging more than €120 seems shameful to me, among other things because they hide behind the fact that they are a 2-star hotel, so they charge like what it is, which is a dump.   Good deal for hotel

  We paid only 180 euros for 3 days. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were nice and large. The only downsides were that Wi-Fi wasn't always that great and also the walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything.

  We enjoy a little comfort and for a budget hotel this was ok . The room was clean large enough , with a balcony, comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping , bus and metro. The staff were pleasant and helpful . If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you , but is perfectly adequate if an inexpensive , but tidy lodging is required.

  Stayed here my first two nights in Alcala! Really good service, clean rooms and free breakfast with first night stay! Extremely easy to extend the duration of the stay! Basic rooms but nice!! Quite close to the centre of Alcala and Plaza Cervantes, less than 10 minutes, 2 minutes from the bus station too! :)
