I went with my partner a few days, hostel well located all by hand, the only catch would say that there is no TV that has saved our tablet, the wifi was regular, but well in general Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es. View originals.

EVER GO TO HOSTAL LOS PERALES, A NIGHTMARE

A NIGHTMAREDO NOT GO, such a disaster, dirty, there three door access, 3 different passwords, they provide on and is another, they change every day, no board in the board, I am sure is ILEGAL, no municipality license.Hot water didn,t work, no one cared , saying me that 3 am they will come to repair, I ever did, imagine And the last and the worse, no reception, no people to respond, no phone call attention, only whatsup and when they want My name Rafael can whatsme +34657680911, not a joke, it s serious

We have been there in January 2019, it was a pleasant surprise. We got the 3 beds room ensuite, which was very clean, there was a big TV and small balcony (best bit). The staff was helpful, they let me safely leave my luggage for free as check in was in 2 hours or so. For what we paid it was a pleasant staying indeed, would book it again.

No nonsense, no frills kind of place.

No charm, no decor, it's borders on depressing. Mattress was not great. We were on twin beds that seemed to be memory foam mattresses that wouldn't forget their positions fast enough, so it would take a while for you to get comfortable when you shifted positions. The air conditioner was very loud, stopped working on our second night. The lights in the stairwells use motion detectors. When we were leaving very early one morning it was still dark out and the lights went out when we were half way down the stairs. We chose a room with a private bathroom. It was tiny but it worked out ok. Shower pressure was good and no fluctuation in water temperature. Close to a main street where there were shops, restaurants, places to get taxis and the metro stops. Room and linens were clean. Staff was very nice, didn't speak much english but we were able to communicate our needs.

Muy sucio, he encontrado pelos en la cama,MUY RUIDOSO,balcones para poner solo una botella de aqua y mucho mas en ingles.I had make my reservation, i inform them that i will go after midnigth around 1-2 ,but they didin't expected me,i was calling and i kept pussing the button,.NOBODY.after an hour they opened the door to tell me that they do not have place for me.They called booking.com to save themselfes and they found me a hostal to go.I paid 50 euros for 5 hours to another hostal.Next day i went to LOs Perales again.I had paid and i couldn't afford to pay more money.It was an awfoull expirience.I write it in english so many people to know about this ...Ι am thinking to go to a lawyer
