    Stayed for three nights in the apartment. A family of three. Apartment is a great size. Two bedrooms with good size beds. Big bathroom, large dining terrace, lounge and a kitchenette. Apartment was cleaned and serviced daily. This is a very nice hotel. Has a good pool with a small pool bar serving refreshments. Pool towels provided. The gym is small but well equipped. We hadn’t realised but you have to book it. Only allowed one person at a time. Some minor improvements: The big bread cutting knife in kitchen needs replacing. It’s rusty. Would be nice if the coffee pods had been replaced daily. No sunbeds on the terrace as per picture on website. Not that I wanted to use them as was by the pool but someone may be disappointed. Parking is expensive. The hotel location is great. A short stroll to the centre. There is a supermarket and some bakeries / eateries around the corner. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. In the restaurant there are books and board games. Would recommend and would stay here again.     Great stay in Biarritz with pool!

    We stayed here for 3 nights in July, the hotel staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, but the was bit too warm even thought there was A/C, could now lower the temp to cool. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the pool. The hotel is about 15 to 20 min walk to the main areas of Biarritz. There is a grocery store nearby (Carrefour).     Very Welcoming Hotel Staff

    Really friendly, welcoming staff. Room was stylish with great shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. The hotel was about 15 minutes walk from the centre/sea front and in a nice quiet location. We would come to stay again especially to take advantage of the swimming pool on a hot day as we didn't have time on this quick stay.     We only stayed for one night but the room was clean and any staff we met with were very pleasant and helpful especially the man on reception who booked a taxi for our early departure to the airport. The hotel is only a short walk to the centre in Biarritz where you will find plenty of shops and places to eat and drink.     Our honeymoon in Biarritz

    We loved it! best time of our life. My wife is still thinking about going back there! We wanted to do something different, off the "clichés", like Hawaii or Venise. So we chose Biarritz, where we found this wonderful hotel. Parking, gym, you name it, they have it. Walking distance to the casino, the beach, all the amazing restaurants around the basque country.
