Great location small rooms, missing the night table for one if the beds, beds really uncomfortable, very noisy at night, small but complete bathroom. No breakfast but it was possible to leave luggage free of charge. Kind staff, either very basic English skills.

Stayed in this hostel for four nights, thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent value for money and a good location . At check in met by the most friendly and kind receptionist . Rooms are small and basic, but very very clean , bathroom good and an excellent shower .Sometimes was a bit noisy because maybe the wall are a bit thin, but I do not think this is the issue, the issue is other guests who do not consider other guests and just slam their doors and talk loudly in the corridors.I would certainly consider going back

Sorry, but having read the positive reviews, we were a bit deluded by this hotel. The pros is that it is located in the city center, near a couple of metro stations and by the kindness of the reception staff. That's it. Cons: noisy surroundings at night, really tiny bathroom (I mean, TINY), dirty floor, thin walls, hard pillows. In any case, Madrid really deserves a visit and we fell in love with this city!

It is a good place to stay if you want to spend a few days in Madrid. At a few minutes from the famous Gran Via and 2 metro stations on different arteries it gives you the liberty to reach all the important touristic objectives in very short time.The place is not too big, but it is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helps you with all the information you need. As we arrived very early and leave late, they were very kind to keep our luggage until check in time and after check out until we left to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here just one night and was very impressed with the quality of service and comfort of this modest hotel! I loved that there was air-conditioning, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and offered assistance for navigating around the city, and the location is perfect for walking / metro to great points for dining and entertainment. I recommend Lena, a tapas bar just down and across the street, for lunch or dinner!
