  Never stay at this hotel!

  The room conditions at the hotel where I stayed with my family were normal; after all, one cannot expect more for the price paid. However, there was no mention of the nightclub located underneath the hotel, and due to the incessant noise that lasted until 7 a.m., which sounded as if people were partying inside our room, we couldn't sleep. As a result, when we wanted to cancel the second night and change hotels, we were told to write directly to the booking platform without any assistance. Furthermore, in the response sent from the hotel to the booking platform, they claimed that the reservation was made for a child of 5 years old, but we arrived with our 10-year-old child (they couldn't have missed the birthdate in the passport). How can such a lie be told, it's unbelievable. The staff, using the excuse of not knowing a single word of English, can do as they please. In response to their rude remarks, such as 'If you want to listen to bird sounds, don't stay in the city center,' I can only say that we stayed at another hotel, just 200 meters away and on the main street, for the second night and didn't hear any noise at all. My only advice is to never stay at this hotel.

  Too much noise from the streets. Hostal is clean though

  Don’t go if you value your sleep or have light sleep. There’s a night club/disco right next to the hostal. Doesn’t matter which day of the week it is, people are screaming/yelling until at least 6 AM. Only then it gets’s quiet and you get to sleep. Very unfortunate that it’s next to a club, because the hostal itself is clean. Also, when people at the reception talk, you can hear everything. This starts around 9 AM - leaving you with only 3 hours of sleep. Bathroom is too small. My legs didn’t fit, so had to use it diagonally. Sometimes it takes too long until there’s hot water. If you have other options, I would not recommend this place.

  Central but Noise in Hostel was Loud

  Easy check-in process and very centrally located. It's a basic room with a private bathroom and a balcony. It's clean but in an older building. My only gripe with this place is that you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway and reception. My room was unfortunately next to the reception, and apparently check-in is any time of the day because I hear entire conversations of people checking in or coming in from the night in the middle of the night. It made it harder to sleep. Ironically, I didn't hear noise from the outside streets in the middle of the night. The black out curtains here are really good. It kept my entire room dark. The hot water takes 5 minutes to warm up so you'll need to be patient with this one.Otherwise this was a good place to be central and walking distance to everything.

  I have not yet stayed at this hotel. I am due there for 3 nights on the 31/5. All I want to confirm is that I can arrive after midnight and that my room will be available. So far the telephone number of the hotel which I have tried several times over three days just rings out. I have contacted them by email, twitter and Facebook. All these messages, which have been in both Spanish and English, have been ignored. I am hoping that communicating by Trip Advisor might bring more success.

  Bad-mannered, bossy and unfriendly lady in reception

  Since the moment i talked on the phone with this lady to notify i was comming a bit late for check-in, i knew i wasn't going to like her. Bad-mannered, bossy and unfriendly lady.She gave us the keys of the Hotel (which i decided to try before leaving the Hotel for a night walk) and turns out the main key wasn't working at all. So i had to ring the bell and call her and she came out very upset and complaining that i couldn't use the keys ( one was broken trying to open the door ). She tried them and indeed they didn't worked and i was laughing in her face. She told me i will have to pay 3 Euros for breaking the key and that nobody had problems with the keys before.. So i told her i was never before mistreated in a Hotel in my whole life.. and that she should do her Job with good manners.. Really upsetting behaviour. Somebody should teach her how to treat the clients or replace her as soon as possible.Beside this, sound proof.. doesn't exist. You will hear everything from the rooms next door and for sure they will hear everything you do.
