The establishment is just 7 minutes from the IFEMA exhibition grounds and is only a 20-minute journey from the centre of Madrid via public transport. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Only stayed 3 nights. as part of a coach trip.As a solo within that group I was given a lovely and large double room with a fridge. Some others had problems with their fridge and air con, but mine was fine. Overlooked the main street but little noise, though I was high up.Pleasant and helpful staffBuffet style food was very good, though not a huge amount of choice. Did have complementary wine with dinner and the breakfast included hot food. On our last night we were given a plated 'special' meal consisting of mushroom soup, steak and a few chips. It was fine for me, cooked as I like it, but people all like their steak cooked to different degrees so didn't suit all. Vegetarians were poorly catered for that time. I think they would have been better to stick with the buffet.It is very central in Torrejon, with easy buses into Madrid and close to the bus and rail stations.

    Stayed 2 nights on a group tour. Had a nice big room, though fridge didn't work. Bright in the daytime, but not enough lighting when dark.Food was good with a free bottle of wine per table.Very busy, but helpful staff. Lots of shops nearby, within easy (driving) reach of Madrid centre.

    Not impressed at all. This hotel has seen better days and needs a complete refurbishment. I opened the bedside drawer and the front fell off. There was a stain on my bedsheet. The dining area seats are tired and very uncomfortable. The room was huge but poorly lit and cold, so I turned up the heating and it took all night to warm up. Finally I went for a beer, sat on a chair and the arm fell off!!

    Reception staff: Before getting to the hotel we needed to speak to get some advice re are booking and we were met with quite a rude lady on the reception phone. It nearly put us off booking at this point. The male reception staff, cleaning staff and bar staff were lovely. Just one not so kind person.Rooms: No frills. This is not a 4 star hotel. No tea / coffee or drink facilities. No filled mini-bar. The toiletries were cheap and not very appealing. There was no shampoo etc....there was a push shower gel dispenser in the bath. The water was hot and bathroom clean however. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a good night sleep as we were high up but the window had to be closed as the noise from the road was significant. In terms of the television - missing lots of channels, old and not really in keeping with 4 star status. I don't want to create a wasteful society but they really do need an upgrade. Wifi excellent but nothing modern like a USB charger or anything remotely helpful to the international traveller. All in all, I would not be in a rush to go back here. It was very average and certainly NOT somewhere I would recommend to friends of family and I guess that is the sign of a decent hotel.

    The hotel is basic but adequate for a short stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. I didn't try the restaurant but it appeared to be again quite basic. Breakfast was very limited in variety and choice but reasonable. The area isn't great with few places to eat in the evening. The biggest issue for me was that just outside the front of the building is a pedestrian crossing which bleeps pretty much continually all day long. The air conditioning had been turned off for the season despite temperatures exceeding 25°C, which meant that I had to have the window open. The bleeping from the crossing drove me insane!! I know this is beyond the hotel's control, but just be aware of it.
