  Avoid until the construction work has finished!

  The hotel is good and the staff are absolutely lovely. It’s very clean and considering the building site it’s in, cannot be easy for the cleaning team.Had I known what was going on outside the hotel I would never have booked a night here. This is not a small construction site, it’s enormous!   Overpriced hotel exposed to 24 hr construction site

  Noisy, overpriced, and poorly managed. Constant construction noise from next door made it impossible to relax or sleep, yet the hotel still charges exorbitant rates and management clearly doesn’t care about guests’ comfort.   An Oven🔥

  Recently stayed here for one night, booked simply because of the location. We arrived into the station from Segovia and eventually found the hotel. A lovely receptionist checked us in speedily, explaining everything we needed to know. We asked for a quiet room, were replaced on the ninth floor and we went in the lift. We opened the bedroom door and stepped into an oven 🥵. No other description does it justice. The heat was incredible. Luckily, we were able to open the window but at night while cooling room is lifting the noise of the city. My husband telephoned reception to ask about AC and was told there isn’t any! Perhaps they meant there isn’t any at this time of the year? However, we could only see a dial for fan speed, nothing for temperature. As previous posters have said there was hot air being blown into the room which actually gave us a headache. When booking the hotel, the Cercanias train went directly from the station to the airport. However, there are works taking place at the minute and and that might the first train is not running. We would have had to take two metros to get there. Instead, I booked an Uber which brought us directly to the door of terminal one for €13. The best part of our stay. I have to be honest though and say that, despite initial annoyance with the room, we went on to sleep quite well. The bathroom and bedroom were both adequately appointed and I would stay there again if there was AC. Without it though, this hotel is not for me.   Rooms like air fryers - stay elsewhere!

  Zero air conditioning. Zero sleep. Rooms are like ovens and instead of air con, hot air is pumped into the rooms. Incredibly noisy. Zero sleep. Entire area is a building site, took 30 minutes to find the hotel lobby. Go elsewhere!!   we booked 2 rooms for a 2-day business trip. I wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately it seems it is not possible.The location is very good, close to Chamartín Station.The cleanliness is also good.However, I had an issue with the bathroom. It is not well designed, as the water from the shower spreads out and even reaches the bathroom door, which is very inconvenient.The room does not have air conditioning, only a heater.Considering the high price, the hotel does not match the facilities provided.
