    We are a group of 20 who meet at our family’s house in the Alamo. Part of the row stayed at The Alamo. The treatment of my children by the reception staff was shameful. They keep the key inside the room and when they go to ask for help there is no one at the counter. They call several times, hit the doorbell and nothing. They search the counter for a copy of the key and nothing. A gentleman comes out without his shirt on and starts yelling at my children. I was on the phone with them and I heard the screams of this rude man. The next day I stopped by to talk to them and they started giving me voices, I asked for a claim sheet book and he told me they don't have any. A disgrace.
