  Great value self catering accommodation!

  We had a lively time at Ant apart in Ovacik. The location is excellent, lots of restaurants in walking distance and a taxi rank just across the road to get into Hisaronu in the evenings.The apartments are basic but have everything you need for self catering. I was surprised by how well equipped they are. Plenty of pans, crockery and I was pleasantly surprised that there was a small oven with a grill rather than a microwave.The apartments are spacious and although the balconies are very small, we still managed to get two chairs out there albeit with the door left open.The cleaners came in everyday to empty the bins and mop the floors. They tidied round and changed the bedding after 3 days. I never had to ask for extra towels or toilet rolls.Where I think the Ant apart excels is the friendliness of all the staff. If you need anything then you just have to ask. Special mention to Emra who worked the pool bar during the day. What a lovely, friendly young man!!We had drinks and food at the pool bar during the day and everything was very nice and reasonable value. The pool area is lovely with a beautiful garden. We didn’t have any trouble getting loungers but it was the end of the season.Overall, we had a lovely time and would return in the future.Thank you to all the staff.Lindsey & Lee

  Just back from a 9 night break at AntApartotel.After reading some reviews I thought I should give my honest opinion with regards to some things that have written recentlyTowels changed everyday if you put used ones in Shower tray.Bedding changed at least every 3 daysCleaningFloors swept and mopped everyday along with the general room cleaning.FoodFairly priced and value for moneyStaff.Bar and food TabEasily payable at reception using Card, Sterling or Turkish Lira.Couldn't be more friendly and attentive from the Gardener/ Handyman to the bar staff and maids.Any issues are dealt with promptly by Tan and Ceylin...just ask and take it as done.I agree it's not 5 star but it definitely makes up for that in many other ways, such as the attention, friendliness of regular and new guests who mix well together making it such a warm and relaxing place .Thank you Tan and Ceylin and not forgetting Ozgur, Jengo and all the staff for welcoming Everyone to Ant.

  My son and I have just got home from our week's holiday at these apartments.If you are after four or five star luxury rooms with large balconies then this place is not for you.If,however,you are happy with clean functional facilities and five star customer service by the owners and staff,you may want to consider a holiday here.We've stopped in hisaronu,ovacik and olu deniz on numerous occasions over the years and this place,for hospitality,is up their with the very best of them.We met some lovely people who go back year after year,and you can see why.Thank you Tan,and the rest of your staff for a great weeks holiday.I'll hopefully be seeing you all again in the next year or two.

  Believe all the negative reviews, these apartments are very old and very dirty, in fact the whole place is grubby and in need of renovation. We had to go and buy a big bottle of bleach to try and clean as best we could, the cleaners do not clean the room, just empty the bins and straighten the beds, the sheets were only changed once in 8 days, and we had to ask for the towels to be changed..The water is hardly ever warm enough to shower even when the sun has been shining the whole day as the heating is solar powered. The pool area was better but I have never seen sunbed cushions so dirty. The only positive is the staff, they are all very welcoming and friendly, we just couldn’t enjoy spending any time there because it was so grubby. I’ve never felt so happy to be home from a holiday. I really can’t understand how people can give the good reviews, maybe their standards are very low. Firstly we would like to mention that we had given you one of the most requested rooms (duplex apartment) overlooking to pool but because you didn’t want steps, the day later we showed you the only available room - our studio apartment - which is on the ground floor and you confirmed to move there. You checked this room before you move so we are sad to hear your toughts through this platform instead of telling us. Yes,our studio apartment is not refurbished lately and it is on plan. This was not the room type you booked with the agency, we just gave this room upon your request for not to aggrieve you.Secondly I have to mention that our housekeepers work very hard to be able to provide our guests a comfortable stay, unless other apartments (some of them do cleaning once a 7 day) we enter rooms everyday, mop your floor and take the rubbish out. If you had any problem about cleaning, you might have told us when you were here so we could check and solve the issue. You didn’t have to buy a bleach… The maids entered your room on the 26th (3 days later than your checkin) and changed all the beddings. After this change they told us they also provided you new towels as well so we are confused to hear about your feedback. At the checkin time we tell every guest to reach reception for any requests, you didn’t tell us anything regarding this sheets changing? issue, we have a lot of textiles for our guests and thats not a problem for us to change it If there happened any missed changes, we would like to say sorry about it.Our hot water is provided all day starting from 9.30 till night time, we heat it extra by gas if it is cloudy. We are not informed by you any issues regarding hot water, if it was told we would check and solve it.Our sunbed cushions are not dirty but their colors are faded because of the strong sunshine and the suncream stains are not dissappearing even tough we try to clean them. That is why we renew them every 2 years and they are on plan to be renewed at 2026 season.We don’t accept your critisicm about you found our hotel “grubby” as all of our staff is cleaning their areas that are they are responsible from daily. Our common areas are washed everyday as well. Lastly we want to say, we really can’t understand why some of holidaymakers do not share their sincere toughts & problems when they were here when it would be easy to solve them but instead they prefer to announce from here.Kindest Regards,

  First time staying here for my husband and myself. We stayed for 15 nights and had one of our most chilled holiday experiences. The owners Tan and Ceylin were fabulous. The bar staff were absolutely amazing as were the cleaners. The grounds and the pool were immaculately kept, rooms cleaned every day, towels and sheets changed every 3 days. Music played round the pool was just at the right volume, you could hear it but it didn't disturb you. Food was excellent, however one major grievance of ours was that you had to pay for the alcohol!! 😂Taxi rank, supermarkets and cash machines just over the road and very good restaurants within easy walking distance.We will certainly be back next year for sure. Don't believe the negative reviews, they simply are not true.Fabulous.
