    Terrible hotel. Very old rooms, sparsely furnished, not friendly or helpful staff, breakfast not great too . Wall paper coming off, no coffee maker in room. Gave me a terrible room, then I wished to checkout and they wouldn't refund the balance. They changed the room which was marginally better. Overall an avoidable hotel.

    DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LOOSERS. We were unable to travel due to my partner falling sick. We asked for a postponement until May 2025 and they said we must submit a doctors certificate which we did. They still refused to issue a refund or postponement after submitting a doctors certificate. BE WARNED. THEY ARE UNABLE TO KEEP THEIR WORD - NO MORALS NO ETHICS. SO DONT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE. WHAT A DISCRACEFUL COMPANY. I AM SURE THEY TREAT THEIR STAFF THE SAME WAY. SHAME ON THEM. I HOPE THE BUILDING FALLS DOWN !!!

    Reception staff are very helpful and the buffet breakfast had lots of options and was generally good. The rooms were tired and the furnishings cheap. Everything worked ok but it feels very unloved ! If you get a good rate and drive to Madrid its ok but for a holiday romatic break its dull! I had a room to myself so was fine but if I was staying with someone I wouldn't like the glass bathroom! It has all the essentials but its bland tired.

    I stayed at the hotel this week (Aug 21-24 2023) for 4 nights. It was lovely. The staff were great, especially reception and the attentative staff member(waiting on staff) at breakfast. They were both a credit to the hotel.One thing I wanted to raise that needs to put in thebooking info is there is no option for onsite meals for lunch and dinner during this time when I stayed. As a lone female traveller, having an option for eating on site is extremely important. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I'd have known there was no option for eating onsite outwith breakfast.This is not against the staff they were superb and I am sure the local pizza delivery place welcomes the custom!!

    So disappointed with my stay. The worst hotel I've stayed in for years. The hotel is dilapidated, cleanliness not good, food terrible - breakfast always cold. No tables or chairs on the balconies and on the main terrace the lights went off at 23,:00. Unable to get a coffee after 11:00am - had to go the the restaurant down the road.For the price they charge they should be ashamed of themselves. The only good thing I can say is the staff were as helpful as possible.
