    Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location and cleanliness. Only thing that was a in our case minus is noise isolation (it should be improved).

    We spent an enjoyable few days exploring Madrid, staying in this lovely stylish hotel, which is ideally situated in the city centre, with easy Metro access as well as major sights. The room was clean and comfortable with good soundproofing and quiet airconditioning. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice of hot and cold dishes. Receptionists were very helpful and arranged a taxi for our return to the airport.

    We stayed at the Francisco for a city break in February. It has a great location, being between 2 key metro stops so is an ideal base to see the city. The majority of the hotel is very modern and the breakfasts were excellent quality with a range of choice. The only downside was the shower wasn't particularly powerful and there was no full length mirror. Also while the location is perfect for getting out and seeing the city, the street is very busy and can be quite loud if you're in a room fronting onto it even with the doors and shutters closed. That being said we would definitely stay here again.

    Wonderful staff, nice room although tight spaces for luggage, etc. Buffet breakfast is lovely and the afternoon restaurant staff is outstanding! Would recommend the central location and would stay there again!
