Functional hotel. Good value for money.

The room was messy and the sheets were not changed.

We had the suite/room reserved for 3:00 PM and we arrived at 5:00 PM, and upon entering, everything was unkempt, sheets not changed, everything on the floor, and the towels as well, and another woman had to clean the room who was not assigned to it.Shower gel is also needed in the bathroom. Perfect for the price. 24-hour reception that keeps your keys so you don’t have to carry them and lose them. The normal size room for 2 people with its equipped bathroom and very hot shower water even if you shower often and with more pressure than the hotel that I have 5* in Punta Cana. Perfect. Very bad hotel!Bad breakfast!Totally noisy hotel!Noise all night long, beds to drag, children running through the hallways, the neighboring rooms are clearly heard.Cracked towels, awful beds, awful mattresses!At breakfast, we can not serve ourselves, they serve at the table, and we can not repeat anything, there comes a bread for each person, two slices of lime and cheese, a glass of milk with chocolate, a jar of juice of terrible quality, and when asking for more bread, we heard that it was not possible, that breakfast did not give the right to repeat.A real misery!
