  MET OUR NEEDS

  We arrived in mid morning after an overnight flight. Our room was ready for early check in for 20 Euros extra which worked for us. It has an inviting lobby and friendly staff. The room was roomy and very clean with an excellent bathroom with plentiful hot water with great pressure. They have a nice bar area for relaxing. Food in the restaurant was good but not great. I would give them a 4+ if possible. The location is not great for touring. Overall we were pleased.

  I stayed here for a few nights and had a very good experience. The staff at reception were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made a big difference right from check-in.My room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The bathroom was also in great condition, modern, with good water pressure and plenty of space.The location worked really well for me too. It’s close to public transport and there are restaurants and shops nearby, which made getting around and finding places to eat super convenient.Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. I’d be happy to come back.

  Unacceptable Cleanliness in 4-Star Hotel Room

  I’m extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. I found long hair—clearly not mine—on the bed, and someone else’s hair on the bidet. This is completely unacceptable. A 4-star hotel should meet basic hygiene standards, and this experience does not reflect that at all. I paid for a clean, quality stay, not for this level of carelessness. I expect this to be addressed appropriately.   One of my best experiences in a hotel. Clean, warm, friendly. Defenitely would come back!My room was very nice, a double with a big desk, giant tv, a soft but not-to-soft bed with double pillows and the best bathroom. I also fell in love with the hall, where the staff allowed me and my friend to stay for a couple hours in the dead of the night before catching our flight back home.   Americans chose this hotel for comfort. It was!

  This hotel is away from the center of Madrid. We chose it because of parking plus a balcony. It’s a little over 20 minutes away from the airport. Easy in and out. Also has a bar and restaurant which was convenient for us. Food was really good, also breakfast was offered for a price which we took advantage of. The front desk was knowledgeable and spoke English. My Spanglish got me by. The room was super comfy and our room had a very nice bathroom with a great shower.
