This luxurious, contemporary hotel offers spacious, modern suites in the heart of Madrid. The hotel's central location makes it ideal for exploring Madrid and most of the city's main attractions. Facility

    Lovely hotel, just a bit too far out of the city

    Stayed here and the room and service was great. The only downside was that the hotel is a little too far out of the city, especially in the extreme hot weather that happened whilst we were there. There is however, the 150 bus just outside of the hotel, or the metro which is a few hundred metres away.

    Nice lobby. Beautiful rooms. Most importantly, air conditioning works well. Great value for the money. Only 8 minutes walk to metro station. And uber is cheap to airport or central Madrid. The woman working in the restaurant this evening was god-awful. She should be fired for her attitude. But I’d still give the hotel 5 stars.

    Ricardo is the best example!!

    Ricardo is the best example of what customer service is all about. The air conditioning was not working in our room. We came in at 2:00 AM and noticed the room was not comfortable. Ricardo informed us at the front desk that there was trouble with the A/C. He told us that he was monitoring the issue. We went into the room and noticed it was really warm. I called Ricardo at the front desk and he offered to go up to our room and help us open the windows, he even offered a fan which we ended up not even using. Ricardo’s professionalism and positive attitude helped turned what looked like a bad situation into a very pleasant experience. Thank you Ricardo for you great help. We will stay here in the future thanks to you. It’s professionals like you that make the difference.Thanks again

    Booked hotel via Iberia to include flights and was a bit worried that it was to far from the centre but we used Uber all weekend and paid between 15-20 Euros getting to place Mayor (the centre). Nice big room and spotless clean. My only criticism is no walk in shower only shower above bath, as bath was small it made it quite slippy. Just my preference. Taxi from airport was 33 Euros I believe this is the standard tariff. There were a couple of small bars about 4 minutes walk from hotel. I would use again but if I could get a hotel closer to the centre for the same money and quality I would book that. Overall a decent stay.
