    Horrible experience. I have been in hostals with better service than this hotel. Vacuum cleaning and loud music at nap time. Air conditioner almost inexistent. I ask for a breakfast to go in advance and they answered that if I want to have breakfast I have to be at breakfast restaurants at breakfast time. A shame

    I would say that the hotel does exactly what it has to. Discrete and out the way while having everything you could need near by. There was several nights we came back in after madcool festival to a warm greeting from night time reception. The rooms were clean and they had an awful lot of storage space aswell The centre of madrid isn’t too far away and there’s plenty of resteraunt/bars to keep you going if like me you were feeling rough or if you just want to laze around. All in all I’d say the hotel deserves a bit more respect than it has gotten in previous reviews as it’s a very budget friendly hotel with loads to do around it

    Large bedroom with nice bathroom. Regular and good facilities. Good homemade food. The right spot for a rest if you are visiting Madrid and the outskirts in a six-day circuit. Close to Renfe train station of La Serna. There is a wonderful green area for walks and jogging and an interesting cultural center around. It has a small gym center.

    The Hotel is very nice, its only 20 minutes by train to the center of Madrid, the rooms are big enough and clean, with shower and toilet inside. Food is very good, variety of choice.Hotel also has a bar, and a disco room which is very convenient for young people.The only problem was that the wifi was not working properly, but the rest is fine.

    The room stank of smoke, I complained and wasn't listened to. When we arrived the room was dirty, under the beds was disgusting and we found we were sharing with a colony of ants ... not good!! One again complained and was brushed off with a weak apology. The bedroom was small, dark and cramped. On arrival there were hairs in the bidet and bath.The breakfast was awful, low quality food of which there wasn't enough and a very poor selection.The actual zone left a lot to be desired, it's not in the best area (last week there was a fatal shooting there). It's very run down and ugly.Would NEVER go back here. Just AWFUL!!!!
