    Terrific little hotel in Arcos

    An easy to access hotel with onsite parking in Arcos de la Frontera. What more could one want in this old town with a maze of narrow winding streets? It’s an excellent spot for accessing a meander around upper part of town .Staff were very responsive in booking process and are present and very helpful with spot on dining recommendations. The interior courtyard was a comfortable and cool spot to rest and enjoy breakfast. Tidy rooms with simple furnishings, best night sleep in days on the road. Highly recommend!

    If you are in transit and just looking for somewhere to put your head down, this is OK, and just OK. Its like a US style out of town motel. The linen was clean. The rooms were tired. The AC didn't work. There is a pool. No where local to eat. I did a 2k walk to the west of the motorway to a place in a residential area.I won't stay there again, I should have just gone through Madrid and stayed in the North.

    Stayed there for 5 days while working in Madrid I have very little Spanish all staff in reception are extremely helpful and friendly with good English all called me taxis constantly asked if I needed anything one ladie at the front desk even gave me her personal number to call her on the way back so I could get her to book me another taxi back to the hote form the shopping centre nassica which is about 5k away, food in hotel is basic but cheap drank in the bar most evenings, rooms always clean and big cheap also 5 stars from me will visit again

    This hôtel cancelled my reservation one hour prior to my visit. I had to find a new hotel in emergency after landing in Madrid airport.They gave me a BS excuse about my card being denied (when the card should not have been charged prior to my arrival in the first place according to the Web site !!!) and it is such à f'ing lie since I was able to book a more expensive room with the same card. If you want to travel mindfree, DO NOT BOOK THIS SHoot HOLE.

    The room was very basic with a standard not so comfy bed. The food was only served from 7:30pm had steak at 18 euros and it was terrible. No value for money at all. At night trying to sleep. Loud area. There was fighting cats as there are loads on site. Also the other visitors had no respect loud and running around at 2 am. Minimum sleep and not recommended. Would never stay here again
