Great location. Lovely hotel. Very clean and modern. Good value. The staff is the best. They were so helpful and made us feel at home. It’s a wonderful location to explore the city, easy walk to many sites, lots of restaurants within a few blocks. We appreciated the coffee and breakfast. If I get back to Madrid I’m definitely staying here.

Convenient, comfortable, and great hospitality. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely excellent—all the major sites I planned to visit were just a short walk away, which made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free.The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.A highlight of the stay was the continental breakfast. It was fresh, well-stocked, and had a great variety to choose from.Overall, this hotel delivered on all fronts: convenience, comfort, and great service.

Stayed at the Mayerling Hotel from 22nd to 27th December for Christmas with my son. Hotel situated very near to visiting Prado Museum and other sights and plenty of places to eat.Staff at Reception very helpful especially Iwska/Fwska or Fluska!! not too sure of the name and her English excellent.Had a nice quiet room at the back of the hotel as I have problems sleeping. Room clean and bed very good. Madrid a lovely city.Patricia Hewland

A very different concept from are usual Hotel that we stay at ,but a very one ,very clean throughout ,staff friendly and helpful ,in particular the young Cuban man on reception (sorry didn’t get his name unfortunately)would highly recommend ,thank you.
