This city hotel is located in the heart of Madrid, in a quiet side street near to the "Gran Via". This is the ideal starting point for exploring the city. Facility

19 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).     Absolute despair at not being able to enter at night

    The hotel is well located, but I would not stay in it again:The room was poorly maintained (long unpainted walls, damp and with pieces without paint) and lacks insulation, you can hear EVERYTHINGAlthough they say they have 24h reception, at night they lock the entrance door inside with a chain and it is almost impossible to enter because there is no one in reception and no one picks up the phone (I was more than 20 minutes trying to access and finally I got access because I woke up another person who was staying in the hotel, who was the one who found the person who was supposed to open the door)They have no toilet at reception and no card to access the rooms, so you must continuously order and leave the key at receptionThe elevator is quite old, it has no memory and I was somewhat afraid, so I was going up and down the stairs Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es.     Good hotel for the price. Coffee, tea, fruit and juice are available at reception. We had breakfast right there without paying. That's if WiFi doesn't make it to the pieces.The clean piece, the bathroom too. It is next to the great thoroughfare so the location is stunning.     It's a very bad hotel. Minimum room. There's no room to open the bags except in the bed. There is no table or chair in the room. In the first three days we were without intern.Horrible breakfast. The hotel does not have a social area. Just a couch in the gateway. If you're busy, sit on the stairs.Well, I would say the hotel is clean and has a very good profile.Also the location is excellent.     Ideal hotel for a few days in Madrid

    We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and the experience was positive. Very close to the Gran Via, a stone's throw from Puerta del Sol. Good cleanliness, room equipped with essential comforts. We do not recommend the breakfast, which is poor and of low quality. Among other things, it is served in a room adjacent to the hall which is a hamburger shop during the day.     The best service that I have ever found! Álvaro and his college were amazing, they are real professionals. The hotel was much more better than my expectations. It is located in the perfect area for tourists, which is also silent in the night.
