  I really liked it. Nice and clean room with comfortable beds. The teddy bear decoration is really cute and makes this place very cozy and warm. Tasty breakfast and amazing service.   An okay stay

  We were there for one night and so I guess the hotel served its purpose. The only thing is we booked this hotel in a pinch and didn’t realize how inconvenient the location would be for us. It was pretty far from everything including the train station. The hotel does have an elevator. The rooms are clean enough. However the hotel rooms lack outlets and the ones that are there aren’t as convenient. So charging your phone by your bed may not be an option. The other thing is you can hear ALL sounds. One of our neighbors was watching tv or had the tv on all night and that definitely prevented a restful night’s sleep. If you’re in a transit and need a place to stay for a night, maybe even two, then this hotel is just fine.

  Teddies Everywhere!

  The hotel is a nice litte quanit place. The Entrance appears to show a grand place, the receptionist was great and very helpful. There are two functioning lifts as well as stairs available to get to the different floors.A nice little touch was the weeks weather in the lift. The room I had (106) was a normal sized room as per the photos. Ameneties within the room however were a bit lacking. There was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The bathroom kit only had showergel and shampoo no creams. The windows opened fully and led on to a side street so not a lot of noise.The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern, the rain shower was amazing, no issues with water pressure. The room did lack power points at the desk as there were none. And power points at the bedside were used by the lamps so you had to forfeit the light to charge your phone or use the power points there.Breakfast as I have seen across most European hotels unless they are the big brands lack in breakfast options. Very few options for a vegetarian. Beyond toast, yoghurt, coffee and fruit nothing available.The stay overall was pleasant, there is a Carrefour and pharmacy within 5-10 minutes walking.   Nice stay in Madrid

  Had an apartment for 4 people, planty of room, 2 bathrooms, good beds, close to the airport and to the subway. Staff was very helpful. The area is rather quiet. There is a supermarket 5-10 minutes away. For wireless you will have to check each individual network in order to see which one works best for you. Cannot tell anything about the breakfast. I would go there again.

  Noisy we arrived after a long drive tried to have an afternoon nap. The hotel is incredibly nosy from outside noise and doors slamming and people walking around. What a nightmare. Avoid if you want to sleep
