  Lovely hotel with good parking. Very tasteful and spacious design throughout. Comfortable and relaxed with delicious breakfast included.

  The stay was disappointing. During the 3 days (2 nights) I stayed at the hotel, no room cleaning was carried out, nor was there replacement of towels. I find this quite unsatisfactory, since the maintenance of hygiene should be a basic and guaranteed Service in any hotel unit.   It is a fair hotel of services the cleanliness leaves much to be desired Nó has lounge to rest to make some talk, there is no variety in the food only there is a coffee maker jps been all week without decaffeinated coffee,, look well the photos says it all.   Obsolete, ancient. It's not a hotel, it's an Inn.

  The hotel is very well connected and central, and unlike other reviews, my room was very clean and the bed, despite having a wooden board and not a box spring, was very comfortable, as well as the pillow.The staff is friendly and attentive, but not diligent or willing to resolve any possible incidents. Let's say "something clueless" (save me details).It is close to Madrid and Warner Bros, being an option if you go to those destinations for work or leisure, but you should keep in mind that in reality, it is more of an Inn than a three-star hotel. It is an old and obsolete hotel that would be given the three stars in the 60s and since then maintains the furniture and bathrooms without having done little improvement renovations. The shower tray in my room was cracked as well as the bathroom door. While it was not something that was risky or worrisome, it does not fit that category. 1'35 bed with only a small table and the switches and plugs right in the middle of the headboard, which generates not being able to charge the mobile at night or turn on the light without wanting to be in the early morning. There is no telephone to contact reception (yes there is a socket, so at some point there was), and you have to go down if you need something. And maybe the receptionist isn't there because he's multiemployed in the kitchen. Poor quality food. Avecrem soup, frozen fish, multi-day lettuce and potaje of "what I had left in the kitchen" (chickpeas, mushrooms, chard and peas).In short, cheap option ideal for organized groups of schools and seniors, but not according to the three stars it has.   Nice town just outside Madrid

  Voldemoro is a nice town located approximately half an hour south of Madrid. The town has a good rail link to the centre of Madrid and easy road access. There are many restaurants and shops scattered around town and is a pleasant town for a break. There are a few hotels/hostels to choose from, some with pools but not all of them. It gets very hot in the summer but Spring and Autumn are good times to visit
