    asleep in the street. On the terrace 3 air conditioning machines running all night long, a disgrace. Plus there's a lot of sound in the street. You can't rest. I stayed 2 days and couldn't sleep for even 5 minutes. The room is 107th. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es. View originals.

    Travelling from Santander back to Malaga and needed a halfway stop, this hotel was reasonably priced for the general area. Checked in, English and Spanish spoken, no issues, room was bigger than expected, very clean and more than adequate for an overnight stop.No complaints, but I did find parking an issue, yes my vehicle is 6.5 meters, but in looking for a spot there was restricted parking for any size.I found restricted parking about 50m from the hotel, but needs to be vacated by 07:30Apart from that hotel great, some local bars and restaurants not visited.

    Free parking is included. But they got out of parking lots when we returned late - we had to look for the parking on the streets, which was not easy in this small city.Bad sound isolation.The only good thing is price.

    Great value for money

    Our double room with ensuite shower and toilet was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked well and there was a small lounge with cold drinks downstairs. Continental buffet breakfast was 4 euros. The hotel was very close to the main shopping area aswell as cafes and bars. A short walk away was the old town square and some beautiful churches with storks nesting on top. The railway station was a slightly longer walk away but quite doable without suitcases.

    Simple, modest hotel let down by poor attention to detail

    Needing a simple hotel for a number of days outside Madrid we chose the Hotel Victoria for its competitive rates and reasonable reviews.On arrival we were given a very cramped room with little space. On request this was changed though many of the rooms were small from what we could see. (We were offered several to check).In the room the shower screen didn't seal properly so the bathroom floor would flood, similarly from the bidet. The cleaning staff didn't replace the shower gel so we ended up buying our own from a local supermarket. Breakfast was ok if a little bland and basic.We weren't expecting a 5 star experience but this was poor for an alleged 3 star hotel.
