  Hotel 😂 I'd say PENSION. I can't even rate my experience at this "hotel" sell you rooms with photos that then don't correspond, the whole old room, with damage on all sides, everything broken, careless.   Stayed here for a night for a friends wedding. The room was very spacious and reception staff friendly. Looks all recently renovated and shower was lovely. Also had a coffee downstairs in the restaurant which was not bad. Perfectly fine for a night or couple of nights.

  Cannot fault the deal, very cheap hotel. Friendly greeting and the room was clean and fresh. However it’s the first hotel I have stayed in without an electrical socket. The only one in the room was for the tv mounted high on the wall.Cheap and budget, I would stay again.

  We slept Saturday 12th August in the hotel. It was our friend's wedding and she had booked and paid for 3 double bedrooms. The morning we left we were asked to give our cards again because our friend's 'hadn't worked'.We did but we talked to our friend to make sure we hadn't worked and she had already been charged on her Visa card!She tried to talk to the manager but wasn't put through and the hotel worker was not very polite and quite elusive.So now she's waiting for Visa's refund but it all looks like either a scam or bad management of a not very nice situation.To avoid. Hotelvivar, Director de Recepción at Hotel Vivar, responded to this review Estimado cliente anónimo, por decirlo de la forma más educada posible, usted falta a la verdad.Le recuerdo los hechos tal y como sucedieron:A su llegada de madrugada se les comunicó que teníamos orden de cargar sus habitaciones a los datos de tarjeta de la persona que realizó la reserva, pero dichos datos eran incorrectos y no se podían realizar. Este error en los datos, bien casuales, o no, es responsabilidad de la persona que los aporta, previamente tratamos de ponernos en contacto con ella al número de teléfono que disponíamos, cosa que no fue posible.Como ustedes creo entenderán esas habitaciones tendremos que cobrarlas, de ahí que se les informara de este hecho y que les haríamos el cargo cada uno de ustedes, y mostraron su conformidad.Por supuesto, no se ha hecho ningún otro cobro, cosa que por otro lado era imposible, como saben y reitero los datos de tarjeta eran erróneos.Si alguien dice lo contrario, también falta a la verdad.Y si su voluntad era invitarles, es tan fácil como hacerles la devolución de lo que pagaron.Lo único que sabemos es que llamó faltando al respeto a la persona que le atendió, dando explicaciones, excusas peregrinas y amenazas en el sentido que estamos comprobando con su comentario, que entre otras cosas es calumnioso.Si más, reciba un cordial saludo.

  38c but the air condoning was broken

  Booked this hotel for one night during a visit to Grinon. Booked via Trivago but the hotel did not have the reservation but they had a spare room anyway. Reception explained ( by sign language as they had no English and we had little Spanish) that the air on was not working but there was a fan in the room. Not a good start as it was very very hot and we had no way of knowing whether we could get a refund from Trivago if we declined the room, so we stayed. Thank goodness for the fan. Breakfast was good and the waitress was very attentive and spoke English.
