    I chose this hotel because I wanted the perfect balance: a central location close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions, while still offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the noise and crowds.We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming. I arrived early in the morning, and to my surprise, my room was already ready, so there was no need to wait. As an added bonus, I was kindly offered a room upgrade.The hotel features a beautiful modern design, comfortable beds, and thoughtful amenities, including a coffee machine in the room. The breakfast selection was varied and plentiful, with something for every taste.For those who enjoy staying active while traveling, the gym on the top floor is fantastic, offering stunning views while you work out.I would also highly recommend trying the hotel’s lunch menu. The restaurant is every bit as good as many of the excellent dining options in the area. There is a choice of several dishes, the service is fast and attentive, and the food is delicious.One more detail worth mentioning: if you travel with a dog, this hotel is pet-friendly, making it a great choice for pet owners.The hotel itself, its location, and the outstanding staff exceeded all my expectations. I visit Madrid frequently, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip.     Hotel is ok but not very central and the rooms and main areas don't have much natural light. Staff are friendly and attentive and the food is good.     Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Hesperia. The staff was outstanding and made the experience even better — especially Jorge at the bar, who was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit.The location is also a huge plus. It’s quite walkable to shopping areas and several good restaurants, which made everything enjoyable.Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming stay. Would definitely come back!     The Hyatt Hesperia Madrid was outstanding in terms of customer service, luxury, the amenities/breakfast and literally 50 meters from the metro which made it very convenient.
