  Worst hotel experience ever - were about to put us in the street as a family with 2 young kids

  Worst hotel experience ever - will never go to Ibis hotels again. I sent the following complaint to Ibis and Accor but they never even bothered to reply. We arrived at the hotel very late at night after a long and delayed flight, exhausted and with two young children in tow. We had booked a family room, confident that it would accommodate our needs as it has on numerous previous occasions. However, we were informed at check-in that the room was only suitable for three guests and could not fit a baby cot. The reception staff were curt and unhelpful, giving us no choice but to book an additional room or find another hotel at that late hour.With no viable alternative, we reluctantly paid for the second room. To our surprise and frustration, we discovered that the rooms were indeed large enough to accommodate a baby cot, rendering the extra expense unnecessary and avoidable. This not only caused undue stress but also left us feeling unfairly treated, especially as we have stayed in Ibis family rooms with four people without issue in the past. Patricia Pérez, General Manager at Ibis Budget Madrid Alcorcon Mostoles, responded to this review As you say, our hotel has a maximum capacity for two adults and one child, even so, if a family arrives with two small children and only one room reserved, our procedure is to accommodate them without any impediment, always thinking of the children.   For the price this hotel is perfect - clean, tidy, well equipped. The breakfast is perfectly adequate. What makes this hotel are the staff - they are so nice, helpful and cheerful - they clearly work very hard and deserve our grateful thanks !

  We spent 1 night in this hotel near the highway with convenient parking in front of the building.The room was clean and spacious.The buffet breakfast was plentiful and good.The value for money is excellent.We will be back next time.

  great value for the stay. Breakfast is simple and enough. We are in this hotel twice and happy with both visits. The entrance is a bit challenging. We circled around 3 times from the round about to get into the correct road the second time and found out the enter a closed gate

  We stayed here for 1 night on our way back to UK. Check in was easy and the room was very clean and it had air conditioning. The ac was really needed as the temperature at 8 at night was 40 degrees c. We had a lovely cool sleep followed by a good buffet breakfast, the dog also had a good sleep.There are restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk.
