    I was in this hotel with my family on 8 January. The hotel looks good, but there is a problem with the heat. It is too cold in the room.... I not recomand in winter time.     The hotel is a 5 minute drive from/to the airport. There is No shuttle. The Room was Clean and quiet. Good water pressure in shower. The Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection of food.     Good choice close to the airport

    We spent one night here in June 2025.Pros:1) The location is very convenient if you are flying into or out of Madrid airport. It is a short car ride away from the airport.2) There is plenty of parking.3) There are restaurants nearby.4) The rooms, lobby, bathrooms were are all quite clean.5) The bathroom amenities were modern and in good working condition.6) The front desk is manned 24/7 and the check-out/check-in process was smooth and efficient.7) The WIFI is free with good speed and connectivity. 8) The place is very quiet at night and the sleep quality was great.Cons:1) The room size was small.2) The tariff is bit on the higher side.

    Hotel average...not that close to the airport....rooms small...be aware that bar closes at midnight if you are staying at hotel and from a country outside of Spain...Otherwise it seems that you can get served! I'd look for an alternate hotel unless you are desperate!
