Location

This hotel is located directly in the commercial and architectural centre of Madrid, approximately 50 m from Puerta del Sol, close to the Gran Via. It is a mere 10 minutes to the Royal Palace and to the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia Museums. This establishment is very well connected to the public transport network of buses and underground trains. It is ideally situated for taking tours around the city, for shopping and for getting to know the city. Madrid airport is roughly 18 km away.

10 single rooms and 52 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Stayed here so many times. Excellently situated hotel. Extremely cleanQuiet which is a plus. Good breakfast Whenever in Madrid I choose this property. Good prices per night. Rooms are well maintainedStaff are friendly always Beds very comfortable

They did not any respect to the guests

It was no so clean in the room, I have made a compliant and wating from 1.30 pm till 3.30 pm to clean our room. The staf were no so acceptable about our complaint.

A good option if you want to stay in the centre of Madrid

Exceptionally clean hotel in a central location but on a relatively quiet street. They had everything we needed for a brief stay, although a kettle / tea making supplies in the room would have been appreciated. The lobby has a quaintly archaic feel as if you have stepped back in time. The breakfast (included in the price) was generous and the service was excellent. The bathroom door didn't close fully and there didn't seem to be any bathroom ventilation, unless there was an exceptionally quiet extractor fan. The window in our room didn't close or lock and opened onto the fire escape which could be a security issue -- I reported this to management on checkout and hopefully it was promptly repaired.

Have travelled the world and never experienced this before. Our experience with staff… concierge & breakfast …boarded on animosity . Location is great and rooms ok but staff were extremely unwelcoming and rude.. would not recommend this property. Tainted our visit to Madrid

A great central location. Nice bar adjoining the hotel. Rooms a little compact, but very clean and warm, it’s winter in Madrid so it’s cold.Traditional furnishings and decor. Breakfast was fine, maybe could do with more space for diners as it was very full and people were queuing for tables.
