  Absolutely loved it great location easy check in and check out definitely will be returning staff is very helpful very informative and welcoming. Hotel is safe beds are comfortable nice warm water. I must also point out love the hotel vibes and how they name the rooms by different countries very unique touch.   Ideal for a mini break

  We travelled to Madrid in order to see a band at Cafe Berlin. JC Rooms Puerta del SOl was located just around the corner. It was an ideal hotel for a short break (though the corridor can get a bit noisy at times) and was in walking distance of everything we wanted to do.   Good location. Free water 2x Coke complimentary- Room was a bit funky, bright yellow walls, disco/ flowery bathroom.Beds were comfy, rooms was basic, but did the job for just sleeping, when being out all day exploring etc. However was a pen lid in my bed when arriving, but didn’t bother complaining, but makes me think was bed changed? On our last morning we found a worm in the bathroom shower. However husband disposed off easily before kids awoke.   Lovely experience. Staff was polite and extremely helpful, kept our luggage for the day before check in. Nice clean rooms with air conditioning. Outstanding location just a nice walk from touristic attractions.   Great hotel in central Madrid

  The rooms are small but good and have everything you need. Free minibar and WiFi available and the hotel is about 1 minute from the Opera and 5-10 minutes from Puerta Del Sol. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff is very helpful.The rooms however are very noisy and a lot of guests don't respect this - when you come home at 11 pm or even midnight, it is not very polite to yell in the hallway.
