Location

This hotel is located in the city centre of Fuenlabrada, very close to the town hall and the Fernando Martín Sports Centre, and next to the commercial and leisure centre. The Warner Bros Theme Park is very nearby and Madrid airport is around 30 km away.

132 non-smoking rooms, including 3 junior suites, 11 single rooms and 115 double rooms, are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     (+): the hotel is located one minute from the central train station in Fuenlabrada. It has a connection to line C5, which takes you to Atocha station in Madrid in about 25 minutes. It also has access to metro line 12. The rooms are large and clean, the staff is very kind, and the breakfast is tasty. I highly recommend it!(-): the window insulation could be improved. One windy night, the noise made it feel as though we were outside.

    Location in the city center, easy access, near the metro and train station. No city noise. Clean, rooms are cleaned every day, excellent service, rich breakfast, comfortable bed. Value for money is good. Great atmosphere.One drawback - there was no kettle in the room (I really like coffee at any time of the day :))

    The reception staff here are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. My room was nice. There is a shopping centre next door to it which is very convenient and the train station is close by.

    This hotel is not bad when compared with the price paid. Clean, fairly new, staff okay. Location is a little off. Roughly 45 min away from downtown. All non smoking. And no balcony. Stayed two nights and had a banging noise around 6 am each morning. I assume it was staff preparing for cleaning. Dld not bother me though. Staff understands and speaks English enough to communicate lf the conversation doesnt go too complicated. Some staff grumpy some not. Breakfast is okay.

    I'd like to mentioned the hospitality and the care for the guests.The treatment was for 5 stars hotel. Yes there is a 4 stars but the peoples make the difference. GOOD job Team LCB Fuenlabrada. I am sure for my next trips you are on first option.
