    The bathroom is small but doable. The location is excellent near many areas to visit, dine, and shop. The staff there don’t speak English but sweet. One issue is loud. My daughter could hear next room and the street activities. The hotel is a mixture of hostel and hotel

    Margarita, the hostess is so sweet and full of advise and recommendations. She is very professional and always at the hostal no matter what time you check in. The rooms are very clean with towels changed daily.Location cannot be better, right in the middle of everything and is also very safe.We highly recommend - look no further.

    My husband and I arrived on Monday for a 5 night stay. We were welcomed warmly by the proprietress who only speaks a little English but it didn’t matter. She still took the time to share a map of the city centre with us, give us our bearings and share the best places for eating, sightseeing and shopping. Our room was comfortable with everything you need. Safe, hairdryer, fridge, comfortable beds and piping hot shower! It was scrupulously clean and it was cleaned every day of our stay with beds made and new fluffy towels. The location is amazing and is central to everything. At these prices you can’t go wrong. It can be a bit noisy due to central location but just bring some ear plugs. We would definitely return and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

    Be careful when making an online reservation with this hotel. They contacted me 24 hours before my arrival claiming a problem with my credit card. They did not contact me to clarify but simply cancelled my reservation. For the record, i am traveling in Italy and my card has been working with no issues. My guess is they figured they could get more for the room than the deal I had booked. I do not recommend doing business with them

    Location is great!!next to the subway station , if possible to go to all the main places by walking . The owner is very kind !!The essentials are there. clean and well maintained Upon our arrivl we were provided with a map of Madrid aand all the necessary information about places of interes
