  Lovely little flat but is out of the way and can’t be considered central for Madrid. Good air conditioning and bathroom facilitiesLovely little sun deck that’s a sun trap In a residential area. When we were there subway was closed so travel was restricted

  it is very neat and the center of the city. Checkin is over whatsapp. Very prompt service and response. It is also very close to several restaraunts. You can walk to most attractions. Highly recommneded.

  Brilliant family apartments in heart of Madrid

  If you’re in Madrid with a family these are apartments excellent!Travelling as a group of 4, 2 adults and a 15 and 11 year old, the size, cost and location will be hard to beat.The 2 bed apartments are spacious with 2 large bedrooms, ( ours had 1 double and 2 singles that can join as a double), large kitchen and large lounge/dining area.The apartment is extremely secure and despite my initial reservations having been on Google earth and seeing all the local area spray painted, my reservations were quickly allayed when you realise nearly every shop front in Madrid is!The apartment is a 3 minute walk from Tribunal metro and access to the whole of Madrid, and 10 minutes from Gran Via ( great shopping on the way down there too ) and a short walk onwards to Sol plaza and a brilliant array of bars / restaurants. Practically, there is also a Lidl only 3 minutes away.What stood this apartment out though was the fantastic communication they provide, whether that be about how to access the apartment etc or any questions / help you may want - one such example was how to access the open air swimming pools, their quick response outlined the app to use (Madrid Móvil ) and I’d booked a family of 4 for €8 for 5 hours at the open pool at Lago (10 minute direct metro from Tribunal).They also allow you to store luggage at their main residence (this one is unstaffed but it doesn’t matter) whilst only a 15 minute walk, we took an Uber there for €4, and upon collecting our cases it was only €20 in an Uber to T4 at the airport.Great place from which to explore Madrid!

  Can't Beat It

  After postponing our vacation to Madrid, we finally went. I had been told about this place and gave it a try as it was reasonably priced and very central to everything. On our arrival, we were WhatsApped the instructions on how to access the building and the suite. Madrid Central Suites also has an office on the ground floor. The elevators are kind of small, so we made several trips with the luggage. The suite is reasonably furnished with comfortable beds. The kitchen is big enough and kitted with the essentials to cook your meals. There is a small store diagonally across the street that is open late, a coffee shop next to it, and a Lidl about a block away. You find the laundry across the street handy. In the same intersection, there is also a pharmacy, which came in handy. Leaving the building and turning right there is a main road loaded with dining and shopping options. Close enough that we walked back from Plaza Mayor. I would stay here again.

  As bad as it takes!!

  We had a very bad experience with the Suits! And we don’t recommend this place. We first booked on another location of them, but we were told that our apartment won’t be ready for check in and we have to wait a few minutes which turned to almost 4 hours!! Once we were up to leave our luggage we realized that the place was destroyed by the previous guest and it’s not appropriate for living. The team offered another location, so we had to move 6 bags and luggage ourselves, with a 3 YO kid with us. When we arrived to the central suites) where we found:A smaller apartment Outdated kitchen and bathroom which weren’t very cleanThe street was noisy and not suite for a family, and we just had very bad sleep every night. On top of all the elevator got stuck and made a terrible noise from 4 AM to 9AM when they finally answered and said they’ll send someone to fix it. After a long and annoying negotiation with the team, which literately destroyed the first 1.5 days of our trip, we got a compensation of one night for free, BUT from the original price we payed, which was much higher per night than the location we ended up at. So, reconsider before you book with them.
