  Nice apartments, hard to find though

  Lovely clean apartment about 15 min walk from the centre of Madrid. We drove here but had trouble finding the place as there is no sign on the building. Check in is at the office a couple of streets away but if you let the guys know when you're arriving they'll meet you at the property. The 1 bedroom apartment was up one flight of stairs (no lift). It was spotlessly clean and had everything provided for a comfortable stay. The washing machine was a welcome sight after many weeks travelling. A large lounge room and kitchen gave us plenty of room to spread out. Bed was comfortable and airconditioning very welcome.

  I was very apprehensive about staying here after reading some negative reviews about the staff , but we found the lady that checked us in and the man in reception both to be very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and modern with all the amenities that you would expect.Gran Via was only a short walk away and we found some great bars and restaurants in Malasana behind the apartment .Would definitely return and have recommended to my friends.

  Wish we stayed somewhere else!

  Regrettably, we stayed here 4 (painful) nights. The location is good, and the bed is semi comfortable but that’s as far as it goes. The shower was blocked and didn’t drain water which meant that every time we had a shower the bathroom would flood. 60 second showers were all we could have to get ensure the bathroom didn’t flood every time.We called reception about the drain on the second day in the morning and they assured us someone would come and look at it while we were out. When we got back to the room later that day we tested the shower and it was not fixed, clearly no one had come. Reception didn’t even mention it again. They completely ignored the issue. We then emailed them the same day in the afternoon letting them know again, no response for the entire stay.The rooms are also EXTREMELY noisy! This is not an exaggeration. You can literally hear every foot step, every sound. We heard people even having showers above us singing Spanish songs and it was very funny but extremely annoying and not what an apartment should be like. The walls are paper thin. This made for very restless night’s sleep. The other guests in the hotel were also inconsiderate - there was constant yelling, laughing and banging in the hallways. The reception office is located seperate to the apartment complex. It’s very difficult to find especially if you need anything.I would highly suggest you find other accomodation. Even though this place is a cheaper option compared to many in Madrid, it’s honestly not worth it. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere comfortable, clean and quiet - AND WITH A PROPER SHOWER.

  Stayed in Apartment 2B during Easter Week. Steep stairs but made easier by Tristan who helped with our cases. Two Bedroom apartment with Sofa bed in lounge. Whole apartment was absolutely immaculate. Beds were high quality. Bedrooms not large but big enough. Safe in main bedroom. Wi-Fi signal very strong. Kitchen has everything you could ever need. Location is excellent - 5 to 10 minutes walk from Gran Via, less than 5 minutes to Metro. Area a little noisy at night but not enough to be a problem. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would happily stay there again.   Lovely apartment in a great location

  A lovely apartment. Very cean and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of good bars and restaurants near by. In a lively area more suited to grown up families and couples. Near to the Metro, easy to get to from the airport and lots of the sights. I would defiantly go back and would recommend. Brilliant value for money.
