    This hotel is in a really good location to explore Madrid centre on foot it’s about 10/15 minute walk to Madrid Palace and 5/10 minutes to Gran Via.We had a special twin room, which was a very good size with comfy beds & very clean. There is no tea or coffee making facilities or iron in the room, but that’s not a massive issue. It’s just something I usually like. Comfy beds are very quiet for a city centre hotel. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful.The breakfast choice is good, brass, ham, cheese, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, juices etc with gluten-free and vegan options, including yoghurts, breads milks. The USB chargers in the room were not powerful enough to charge my phone but I had a plug adaptor so would recommend bringing one. I would stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to Madrid.

    Excellent option. I booked direct with the hotel and it was significantly cheaper than booking.com Room was large and bright. No coffee machine in room. They are trying to offer good quality at very good price. So certain frills are missing. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable as were the pillows. I usually stay in airbnb when in Madrid. But will stay here in future visits. The location is also unbeatable. Can't wait to stay here again

    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was rude and extremely unpleasant throughout my stay. There was a clear lack of professionalism and courtesy, which made me feel unwelcome. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

    Disgusting Maid Service !!!!!

    The hotel is in a very convenient location near the Royal Palace, Gran Via and the Metro station. There are also may restaurants within walking distance. The reception staff was amazing. However, the maid service was atrocious. Our floors were never mopped or swept and she would let the toilet supplies run extremely low before replacing. On our final day we came home after a day excursion and when we took a shower, we noticed that the empty bottle of hand soap was not replaced, However, that was not our main concern, but the dirty towels that we left on the floor were not exchanged but rehung. This was totally unacceptable and disgusting. I went straight down to reception in order to let them know. They could not believe what happened and immediately sent up some clean towels. This staff member should be immediately let go for this despicable behavior. So please check your towels thoroughly before using them after a shower.

    Just checked out from the hotel, overall we enjoyed our stay, all the staff we met were very friendly, well done to the team, they all very approachable and helpful. I only missed there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room as in the Motel One Edinburgh that we’ve stayed before or iron/iron board in the room. Other than that, I enjoyed the breakfast, wi-fi was good and the location is great, we could easily walk to some attractions.
