    🚨 SERIOUS WARNING – SCAM HOSTEL, DO NOT STAY HERE 🚨🚨 SERIOUS WARNING – SCAM HOSTEL, DO NOT STAY HERE 🚨 This was the worst accommodation experience of my life. This place is dishonest and misleading. When you make a reservation, they claim it is a women-only private room, but upon arrival they change their story and do not honor the booking, offering no compensation at all. They also demand a €15 deposit with no clear explanation. The treatment is rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. The manager and all staff are extremely impolite and disrespectful, especially the female manager who wears glasses — her attitude is arrogant and unacceptable. The police come to this hostel once or twice every day at minimum due to frequent guest complaints, which clearly shows how problematic this place is. The hostel is very dirty, poorly managed, and feels unsafe. No respect, no professionalism, no honesty. ❌ I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place and not fall into this scam.

    The Location was great and the price was right. The room had a bed for me and a working toilet and toiletpaper. They had sheets and eventually I worked out how to work the door. I dont think anything was stolen.There was Staff to chat with and open the door. And a downstairs area to hang out in. That's about as positive as I can give you. Adrian - seemed bothered by my questions about breakfast. The staff: no one looks at you when they talk to you, and is more focused on getting back to there phone games.Peter refused bathroom downstairs even tho it was in the next building and raining outside, I had to go back to my room to use the facilities.Jose - checked me in, put me in a mixed bedroom but told me it was women only. Assured me my bag would be safe because of the gendered roo... . When I asked about it they also seemed quite bothered. There more about the guests and facilities but that's already covered in other reviews. The bed sheets feel like plastic. And the lock to the bathroom didn't work in Room 301... the one that was supposed to be women only. There also seemed to be "working girls" who stay there, and i also saw whole families. All very strange.

    this place makes the film “Hostel” look like a dream. everything stinks, my partner and i had to hold our breath walking through the lobby and common room. there are strange people hanging out shoeless in the common room at all hours of the day and the night, the staff doesn’t give a dam who comes in and who comes out, which obviously is a tragedy waiting to happen.. and with that in mind, this “company” does not respect their paying customers and are putting people in danger, if you’re a woman, you’re getting stared down by randoms without a room who are there to charge their phones and get free wifi and rub their bare feet all over the dirty broken furniture. DISGUSTING PLACE, dont let the location fool you. save yourself from the trauma and dont book here.

    The previous night in Madrid I spent in a great new hostel Myd La Latina 2. However, I had to leave Cibeles Square early in the morning for the airport of Barrajas, so I moved to the Motion Chueca hostel, the main advantage of which was the location. Otherwise, a completely ordinary hostel. Inexpensive, which is also a plus. Next to the reception there is a public area in bright green colors. Otherwise, a classic hostel. It looks like a soldier's barracks. Without any frills.

    Extremely rude receptionist, swearing and shouting. Room is smelly, cold as hell without blankets. Shower has no hot water. Dirty plates, stale breakfast. Stayed two nights, paid hotel price. First time and last time in Madrid, hopefully!
