Unreasonably overpriced

The hotel is very simple for this price 183 euro per Single room per night , old and despite renovations ,which were not well done . The room has no fridge and safe box , has bad soundproofing . I checked -in late at night and I had no hot water to shower . However the bed , mattress , bedsheets and pillows were good quality . The room was clean .

Selected for its proximity to a Metro Station and 24 hour Gym the Neo Magna is a no frills Hotel available under $100. Located in a fairly quiet area the rooms are not particularly soundproofed from others in the same building. Toiletries are low quality but beds, water pressure and WiFi are adequate.

Reasonably priced hotel considering the location. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfy. However, the bathroom and the room itself was a little neglected, which is a shame. Moreover, the air conditioning vents appeared to be a little dirty so we avoided using it - this was especially concerning, considering the current sanitary requirements for protection against COVID.Overall, it was a good stay but the small details need to be taken care of.

Clean room which was a good size, bathroom had everything you would need in it, elevators are quiet small, they have a small laundry where you can do your our washing. Staff polite & helpful, plenty of restaurants & bar's close by. We had Asian meal at the hotel which was very good. If you arrive by car the parking is close by for a fee. Not good value for money

The hotel is rather expensive for the level of service you receive. Particularly the room quality is of poor standard. In the room you hear a lot of noise from the street/outside. Bathroom is very old. With respect to the rates indicate that they are motivated by a high demand in Madrid, however making the reservation directly with us through our website or by phone, and in advance you can benefit from discounts and better rates than if you do it through another channel.Regarding the bathrooms, we have made partial reforms in them, currently having all the rooms new shower tray or bathtub.
